The terms that govern quotations, project work, payments, and warranty when you engage Wood Go Interior.
These Terms & Conditions govern any quotation, design proposal, or contracting work carried out by Wood Go Interior ("we", "us", "our") for a client ("you", "your"). By requesting a quote, signing a project agreement, or making a payment to us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Where a signed project agreement or work order exists for a specific job, the terms of that agreement take precedence over this general page in the event of any conflict.
Wood Go Interior provides design, fabrication, and installation services for modular kitchens, wardrobes and storage, living and bedroom interiors, office interiors, and full home turnkey projects, using our own in-house team of designers and craftsmen.
Exact scope of work, materials, finishes, and timelines for your specific project will always be confirmed in a written quotation before any work begins.
Estimated project timelines are provided at the quotation stage based on the scope of work agreed at that time. While we work to deliver on schedule, timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including material availability, site access issues, or client-requested changes mid-project. We will communicate any expected delays as early as possible.
Workmanship on carpentry and installation is covered under our standard warranty period (referenced as 10 years on our website) from the date of handover, covering defects only for limited items and finish quality arising from our work.
This warranty does not extend to all products used in a project. Items such as electrical appliances, electronic fittings, sanitaryware, and other branded third-party products are covered only under the respective manufacturer's own warranty, not by Wood Go Interior. Any specific exclusions for your project will be listed clearly in your final quotation.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water exposure beyond normal household conditions, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims should be raised with our team along with photos of the issue.
To keep your project on track, we ask that you:
If you need to cancel a confirmed project, please inform us in writing as early as possible. Any booking advance already used toward materials, custom fabrication, or design work already completed is non-refundable. Any remaining, unused advance will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe after cancellation is confirmed.
Design concepts, 3D layouts, and drawings prepared by Wood Go Interior remain our intellectual property until full payment for the design phase has been received. Once a project is completed and paid for, you're welcome to use photographs and layouts of your own home for personal, non-commercial purposes.
While we take every care in executing projects to a high standard, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the value of the specific service or item in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use of a space during the project period, except where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka having jurisdiction. In the event of a disagreement, we encourage clients to first reach out directly to our team so we can work toward a fair resolution before pursuing any formal process.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Terms already agreed to in a signed project contract will continue to apply to that specific project as originally agreed.
